PRIMERO. Por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, REMITASE el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela promovida por la ciudadana Stella Barrera de Lopez contra el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota -Sala Plena- a la Oficina Judicial de Reparto de Bogota D.C. con el fin de que efectue el reparto entre los juzgados del circuito o con categorias de tales.
SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria General COMUNIQUESE a la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casacion Laboral, la decision adoptada en esta providencia, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional en relacion con el conflicto de competencia.
